How it works

How to reserve a Labrador puppy:

Getting-to-know-you conversation

After the online questionnaire we will contact you for a conversation — virtual or in person. We want to understand who you are, how you live, and what you are looking for in a dog.

Parents' health documentation

We send you the complete health records of the parents. Take them to your vet — you have every right to know where your puppy comes from.

Visit to the kennel

A personal meeting before confirmation. You meet the parents and see the environment. Only then is the deposit paid and the reservation formalised.

Puppies leave at seventy days of age — not before.

No. We make the match, based on the Volhard PAT and the profile that emerged from the conversation. The puppy we assign you is the one most compatible with you — not the prettiest in a photo.
It depends on your position on the list and the litter. Those who fill in the questionnaire early are added and contacted as soon as the litter is confirmed. Typical waits are 2 to 5 months.
Seventy days is not an arbitrary choice. It is the time in which the puppy completes fundamental neurological and social developmental stages — with its mother, its siblings, the pack. Separating earlier compromises something that cannot be recovered.
It is included. The ENCI/FCI pedigree registered to the new owner is part of the placement — it is not a paid option.
Yes. We consider placements throughout Italy and Europe. Transport can be arranged in compliance with current regulations.
Visits are possible, by appointment and only after the preliminary conversation. We do not receive casual visits: in the first weeks the mother and puppies need quiet.
